MCF Installation Guide

Setting up MCF consists of two steps:

1. Setting up  MOLGENIS (follow instructions of the  Molgenis Guide)
2. Setting up  GridGain
3. Setting up the default  MCF Compute Manager. For this,
   •  Job Manager
   •  Worker
   •  Resource Manager should be adjusted in the  source code and compiled for a particular hardware, on which the system will run. Find more information in the  Examples section or contact  George Byelas for assistance)
